Horizontal Basket Arrangement

Hydraulically Operated Scraper Knife

Residual Heel Removal System
Air or nitrogen blow-off nozzles dislodge the thin cake layer left after scraping. Ensures a clean basket for subsequent batches.
Filter Bag & Backing Cloth System
Filter bags are secured with tension rings or screws. Backing mesh prevents distortion during scraping.
