Behind every Joflo centrifuge is a team of dedicated professionals who bring precision, skill, and commitment to every stage of manufacturing. On our workshop floors alone, we operate with an impressive 90 production staff members, trained and specialized in welding, drilling, buffing, machining operations, and assembly work. These individuals are distributed across key departments, including maintenance, assembly, cutting, buffing, and stores, ensuring smooth and efficient production cycles.

In addition to our permanent workforce of 75 skilled employees, we collaborate with 65 highly trained contract employees from reputed agencies giving us the flexibility and strength to meet diverse project demands.

Beyond the shop floor, Joflo’s ecosystem is powered by R&D, marketing and sales, production planning, HR, liaison, operations management, and quality assurance teams. Together, they ensure that every machine is meticulously engineered, rigorously tested, and delivered to the highest industry standards.

As part of our strict quality control policy, all staff members hold a minimum ITI qualification, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a highly competent and knowledgeable workforce.
