In the Beginning..

Our History

Since its inception in Mumbai in 1972 by an Anglo-Indian visionary, Joflo Industries Pvt. Ltd. has grown into one of India’s leading centrifuge manufacturers. With the establishment of our Hyderabad factory in 1993, we have focused exclusively on designing and developing advanced, application-specific centrifuges for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. All design and R&D are done in-house, enabling us to offer bespoke solutions that precisely meet evolving industry needs. Over the decades, we have refined conventional machines and pioneered state-of-the-art Bottom Discharge and Horizontal Peeler centrifuges in semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations.

Our Hyderabad plant employs over 120 skilled manufacturing staff and 30 dedicated professionals, producing 160–200 centrifuges annually. With more than 5,000 machines delivered since inception, we enjoy high repeat orders as clients increasingly replace lower-performing competitor equipment with Joflo’s reliable solutions. Our reputation for quality and innovation, backed by decades of engineering excellence, positions us as a trusted partner in separation technology – evolving beyond manufacturing into a complete solutions provider for diverse industry needs.

An engineering graduate with expertise in design, leadership, business development, and finance, he has driven the company’s innovation, expansion, and revenue growth. Known for his strategic vision and commitment to excellence, his leadership ensures Joflo’s sustained competitive edge and operational efficiency.

Mr. S. Suresh, Director of Joflo Industries, is a distinguished management graduate and a key force behind the company’s growth. With deep expertise in market analysis, strategy, and consumer insights, he has successfully driven expansion and profitability through well-crafted business plans. His leadership keeps Joflo agile, innovative, and aligned with evolving industry demands, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.

Joflo’s corporate team is led by Mr. Tirupathi Rao, Marketing Manager, and our Sales Executive, with Mr. Ranjith heading the Accounts department. Supported by HR and essential staff, this 25-member team ensures seamless operations. Their cohesive efforts drive exceptional client engagement and business success.

Design And Engineering

Led by Mr. Suresh Babu Ravi, General Manager – Design, our expert team brings 25+ years of mechanical design experience. Four M.Tech engineers leverage AutoCAD, Creo, and SolidWorks for precision design, rendering, and simulation. This ensures every Joflo machine delivers optimal performance and innovation.

Production

Led by Mr. Shetty (Procurement) and Mr. Ram Narayan (Production), Joflo’s 120-member production team drives manufacturing excellence. Skilled welders, fitters, buffing specialists, and workshop staff ensure top-quality output. Their expertise upholds Joflo’s highest standards in every machine built.

World Class Production Facility

In the heart of Visakhapatnam’s burgeoning petrochemical and pharmaceutical belt, our new production facility at Atchutapuram SEZ leverages new-age manufacturing technologies to complement and elevate the established industrial ecosystem, from HPCL’s Refineries and NPTC’s Green Hydrogen Park, to Lauras Lab’s Advanced API production.

Located in the cusp of the expanding capacity of Atchutapuram SEZ, our 9000 sq meter workshop space is currently in construction phase, aiming to fully equip Joflo with state-of-the-art manufacturing in the new future.

Atchutapuram Special Economic Zone (SEZ), near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, is an emerging industrial hub within a 100 km industrial belt anchored by Vizag’s ports—Visakhapatnam and Gangavaram—offering excellent connectivity for imports and exports. Once dominated by heavy industries, the region is rapidly diversifying, with the Andhra Pradesh government envisioning it as a $120 billion economy by 2032 and aiming to develop Visakhapatnam into another “Mumbai.” Through SEZ incentives, infrastructure development, and identification of large tracts for industrial projects, the region is positioned as a key engine of economic growth.
