The Laboratory and Pilot Plant Centrifuges are specially designed for research, process development, and small-scale production trials. Compact yet versatile, these machines have become an essential tool before scaling up to full-scale industrial centrifuges.

Over the years, we studied the procedures followed in R&D laboratories and observed that a convenient and efficient centrifugation method was not readily available. To address this gap, we developed small centrifuge models that are portable, easy to operate, and ideal for small batch sizes. These centrifuges, with 3–10 litre batch capacities, are particularly suited for Kilo Lab and R&D applications, and are manufactured for deployment in GMP environments.

As process development moves forward, pilot plant operations play an increasingly critical role, especially in producing high-value products on a smaller scale. To support this need, we offer centrifuge models with 28–50 litre batch capacities, available in both fixed and portable designs. Built with features similar to commercial-scale machines, they provide a seamless transition from laboratory research to industrial production.
