Horizontal Pharma Peeler Centrifuge
Pharma Peeler Centrifuges are specially designed for critical applications in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries where hygiene, product purity, and ease of cleaning are paramount. These machines are built with a clear separation between the process area (inside the clean room) and the service area (outside the clean room). By installing the centrifuge through the wall, all maintenance activities can be performed from the service side without disturbing the controlled production environment.
The centrifuge operates with a horizontal basket arrangement, which provides excellent filtration efficiency, effective cake washing, and high product quality. Solids are fed perpendicularly to gravity, allowing even distribution on the basket surface. The design enables full casing opening for easy access to the internal basket and filter cloths, ensuring smooth operation and faster maintenance.

Scraper knife powered by a hydraulic cylinder with mechanical limits to protect the basket shell.
